| What is the quality of your video production with respect to the ones produced by bigger companies? |

Usually better! And here is why. Big companies will send you a videographer you may not even meet till the day of your wedding.
On top of that, they may send your footage to yet another person for editing. We only work with 2 or 3 clients on any given month.
This gives us ample time to discuss your wedding production more in-depth than any big company will ever do. The result does show in the quality of
your wedding video.

Yes, and Yes. Most videographers will proudly say that they use 3-chip cameras and non-linear digital editing system.
These terms belong to the past. Nowadays, you should ask about High Definition distributed on Blu-ray discs. We are one of the few companies
offering High Definition video productions on Blu-ray discs.
* We use the acclaimed Canon XH-A1 HDV camcorder. It is still ranked No 1 camcorder by CamcorderInfo.com.
* Movie-quality Lectrosonics wireless audio system.
* In very low-light conditions, we use a 10 Watts (Not 60 or 120 Watts) camera light. We will not blind your guests

| How is payment made? |

The total amount can be paid in three easy payments:
* 1/3 of the total is required to book us with a signed contract
* 1/3 is due about 10 days before your wedding/event
* 1/3 is due when the video production is ready for pick up
We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards through PayPal (3% of the total applies to PayPal transactions)

| How much time does it take to finish the video production? |

For standard definition (DVD) productions between 2 and 3 weeks. For High Definition (Blu-ray) productions between 3 and 4 weeks.
Note: We must receive any music and/or pictures before the event or the day of the event at the latest to be able to deliver your videos within these timeframes

| How long is the final video production? |

Even though video coverage may run for several hours, in the editing room we choose the best moments of the day and create a video production no longer than 2 hours.
Most weddings and sweet sixteen’s will run between 90 and 110 minutes.

| How far can you travel without incurring into travel expenses? |

We can travel up 50 miles to the farthest location without extra charge.
Additional fee of $75 for travel expenses up to 75 miles. And $150 for up to 100 miles

| Why are your High Definition Packages more expensive than your DVD Packages? |

High Definition (HD) is the highest level of picture quality available, offering increased image resolution and detail.
It offers more than twice the pixels (or lines) of resolution than Digital Video (DV) offers. Hence, a High Defintion video production requires
modern HD equipment, powerful computer systems with blu-ray burning capabilities.
In addition, both editing and burning of blu-ray discs are very time-comsuming.

Imagine watching your parents' wedding video now. Do you even still have a VCR to play a VHS tape?
Similarly, standard definition on DVDs will become obsolete one day.
